Owners of Private Jets, and Boats Beware…..

Drug trafficking is at an all time high and no longer are commercial jet liners being used to transport illegal contraband and drugs. The druggers are taking owners of boats and jet planes under duress, harassing them to transport their wares.

International waters have become the chosen conduit for most cartels to conduct their drug deals so they are becoming parasitic on the owners of boats and yachts so they can get their dirty work done without the prying eyes of the coast guards.

Every 5 minutes a private jet takes off at either McArthur, JFK or Newark and they are subject to heavy scrutiny. God forbid if the jet hails from the Caribbean or South America, the owners are fearful their planes will be planted with illegal drugs. Why you may ask?

It is all part of the shakedown scheme. If they can try to blackmail someone with impropriety, they would have found themselves bonafide patsies to do their bidding as drug couriers.

It is imperative for anyone who owns jets or private boats to make sure the people they have working for them are 100% legitimate and trustworthy. If possible, learn about aircraft and boat maintenance and repairs, so that when you employ someone to fix it or maintain it, you know they are not adding or subtracting.

These are serious times for private owners of vessels which travel long distances. They are subject to all sorts of harassment by folks who want a cut of their business profits or by vagabonds who are just seeking to use their mode of transportation for illegal activities.

They say the hand is quicker than the eye, so keep a careful watch on all those who claim to inspect your planes in the name of drug enforcement purposes. Make sure they leave no packages of cocaine, heroin, or marijuana behind. It is also imperative to keep an eye on your personal effects when going through the boarding process.

It takes a lifetime to build an empire and in one moment of careless or deceptive practices, lives can be altered and fortunes can be ruined.
